NS servers for VPS in Hetzner?

An X3 server was purchased for one of the projects ( ru.hetzner.com/hosting/produkte_rootserver/x3 ).
The server works, by ip. And I didn’t understand how to bind an existing domain name to it.
In the control panel ( https://robot.your-server.de/ ) I registered the host name in the Reverse DNS Entry, and in the ns-servers found on the Internet ns1.your-server.de and ns.second-ns.com (from where I took them, another question and I'm not sure about their correctness), but nic said that so far SOA records have not been found on them.

Perhaps this happened due to the fact that addresses were registered in nic a couple of minutes earlier than Reverse DNS Entry and the problem will go away at the next check in 3 hours.

How do you bind an address?

I myself recently moved to a Hetzner, DNS must be ordered separately from them there.
robot.your-server.de/product says Primary/Secondary DNS 0.50 €, installation is free.
in the order section robot.your-server.de/order we find the Nameserver Robot, they write that it will cost 19 euros, but For Root Server and vServer customers free of charge, that is, for hosting customers for free. We order. I was turned on only a day later, the DNS entries item appeared in the menu, robot.your-server.de/dns. The interface is not very friendly, it just offers to edit a piece of the BIND config for your zone.

Your server is Primary DNS, and Secondary DNS can be obtained from secondary.com.ua

Reverse dns - convert ip to domain name. You also need, as I understand it, direct DNS - search Google for the phrase “free dns”. Reg.ru gives DNS to clients for free, but I don’t know anything about nic.ru.

To link your domain to Hetzner, you need to:
1) in the domain control panel at register the registrar name servers (above);
2) log in to Hetzner, in the UPPER RIGHT CORNER, click on the grid icon (menu) - select DNS - that is, go to the DNS management console;
3) in the DNS console, add the domain that you want to bind to your server. Then be sure to write A (required for ipv4) and AAA (for ipv6) records and direct it to the ip of the server you need. IP can not be searched, you can simply select it in the drop-down menu in the DNS console;
4) everything.
