npm not working, how to fix?

Hello everyone, there was a need to install Cordova on a computer
Installation is done via npm, but now it does not work
Version npm - 6.9.0
Version node - 10.16.0

C:\Users\vital>npm install -g cordova
npm ERR! Cannot read property 'resolve' of undefined

npm ERR! A complete log of this run can be found in:
npm ERR!     C:\Users\vital\AppData\Roaming\npm-cache\_logs\2019-07-06T09_50_10_907Z-debug.log

npm install basically does not want to work at all and feeds me with errors I
thought to install an early version of npm, but I also can’t reinstall npm through myself.
What should I do? Please help

@HardBIT

In short, gentlemen)
I don’t know what was the reason, it seems to me that it’s npm after all. I
took the entire nodejs folder along with modules from another computer where npm works
. And it worked for me.
Thank you all for your help!)

You can set a multiple background ( https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/C... ), but for adaptability there are clearly two 50/50 blocks that should become 100% when the device size is reduced .
