NPM Doesn't want to install packages, why?

Unable to install any npm package.
First, a square loader spins on the side for a couple of minutes, and then the same errors are constantly issued.
Tried installing both locally and globally.
Sudo doesn't work either.

Some kind of network problem. Kick the admin, especially if it's at work (employers love to wind up all sorts of crooked proxies).
