Answering the question from the title: it's okay, the main thing is that the environment variables are correct.
Answering a question from the body: the IDE wrote to you - you need hardware acceleration. Apparently, your percent does not support it, or it is turned off in the BIOS. Or, as the same IDE writes, Intel HAXM is not installed. Learn to read mistakes.
