Notebook Toshiba Satellite P50-B-118. Temperature and battery issues?
Hello! I purchased a Toshiba Satellite P50-B-118 laptop with an Intel® Core i7-4710HQ processor (2.5 GHz, 6 MB). I didn't like the noise. The cooler is heated and periodically (very often) turns on. Annoying a lot. I checked the CPU temperature: Watching YouTube (wide, not full screen), on pause - 75-80 degrees. When working with maximum load - 93 degrees.
At the same time, the battery lasts for 50 minutes during a flash game in VK, or for 70-80 minutes of watching news on social networks. the test shows battery wear - 18%. It's been 2 days since the purchase.
Tell me, please, is this normal for a new laptop?

I don't think you could find a three year old laptop in any decent store. And yes, it's not normal that the wear is so big. However, operating times of +-hours are quite possible.
The laptop is used. Most likely, there is dust in the radiator, or the thermal paste has dried up. Temperatures dangerous for laptop iron. Battery wear indicates that it has been used for at least a year.
Thank you all for participating . End of story:
Charged the battery to 100%, turned off sleep mode, selected power save mode and left it on the table. When the CPU was loaded at 0% (sometimes 1-2% jumped), the laptop crashed after 2 hours and 10 minutes. Somehow I was not at all pleased with this idle mode.
In general, I called the seller, outlined the problem, after an unsuccessful "arrival on the ears" the seller agreed to take it back. On Tuesday, the courier will come to pick up. An unpleasant loss of time and another disappointment in ... domestic service.
