Notebook HP 4530s when installing more than 8GB of RAM starts to slow down, what's the reason?

There is an HP ProBook 4530s (LW841EA) laptop, Win7x64 and Win8.1x64 OS, a Core i3 2330M processor is installed , from the specification it can be seen that it supports 16GB of RAM, but when installing more than eight (8+4, 8+8(1333, identical)) starts work incorrectly: loading time increases / hangs at the moment of loading, loads the processor completely. It was checked on Win7x64 and Win8.1x64, BIOS was flashed, drivers were updated from the office. site, no result.

Did memtest test the memory? maybe it doesn't work that way

What modules do you install and on what board? Perhaps the motherboard does not support this amount of RAM .. And there can be many reasons

Solution found. I'm not sure what the reason is, they said it was related to memory addressing. For normal operation, it was necessary to reinstall the system with 16GB of memory already installed.

Same problem but with A1D18EA (Core i5-2430M).
Bought new. Immediately put 8 (4+4 @ 1333) GB of RAM, SSD and hackintosh (for which everything was bought). Worked with a bang for about 3 years (the OS has never been reinstalled over the years). Without any complaints and brakes. Upgrading to 10.10 (and subsequent ones) was a great success and pleasing to the eye.
Since sometimes I like to edit videos in Final Cut, I decided to increase the memory - I bought an 8 GB bar. It became 12 GB (4+8 @ 1333). The first time - increased performance, speed of the system and applications. But after a month (maybe one and a half even) the problems described by the HARDWARE in the first message began.
I look at system monitoring, all CPU cores are loaded at 98% even when no application is running (just a desktop). The loading of the system itself also increased to a record ~ 15 minutes (previously - less than 20 seconds). Mounting videos (and doing something in general) is simply unrealistic, you understand.
At the same time, Memtest for each bar (and a combination of bars) with fast and maximum tests - says "Everything is OK".
I tried the following:
- Flashed the BIOS to the latest version (F.50 Rev. A) - no results;
- Returned the memory to its place (4 + 4) and reinstalled the OS - without results;
- I tried to put each slot of RAM (4, 4, 8) in each slot and reinstall the OS - without results;
- I did the same, but with OS Wn8.1x64 and Win7x64 - without results.
It feels like it's not about the bars, but about the slots themselves. This, of course, is easily solved through Aliexpress (they sell an average of 10-15k rubles for 4530s mothers), but where is the guarantee that this is not a processor or something else? In terms of, will it not be the same after a while, when I insert my strips into the new board?
In short, my laptop lies like a dead brick until the circumstances are clarified. My only regret is that I didn't google this problem for the HP Probook 4530s earlier (and this is a very common problem) - it would be better to take a different model or even postpone it to the original MBP.
ADD:
Yes, I completely forgot. Almost at the same time (two months before my purchase), a friend did the same (SSD + hackintosh + 12 GB RAM (8 + 4 @ 1333)), but with the LH306EA model (Core i5-2410M). The flight is normal so far, I have no problems.
