Notebook DNS 0801481 does not load from disk and usb?

I bought a DNS 0801481 laptop, I'm happy with everything, but I still couldn't boot from usb or cd / dvd. in windows, the flash drive and the drive are detected and work. In bios, the flash drive is determined by its name, I set it to boot from it, but windows is loaded again. I don't need Win 8, and I wanted to install Debian. In the store, they also could not boot from the disk to remove windows, and simply gave me a laptop with win 8 not activated. I
looked at the bios on the manufacturer's website, there is the latest version, it is there alone. Bios from american megatrends.
Has anyone experienced something similar? I don’t want to return it to the store, they are unlikely to solve the problem, and for such money only DNS can offer such a configuration.

Or is secure boot preventing it from booting? had not met him before. If I turn it off, will Win8 stop loading?
the first time such a beech was caught in order to get into bios for 0.2 seconds. just pressed the power button and immediately press F2, otherwise the axis will start to load.
figured out, in bios you need to turn off secure boot and turn on launch CSM. save, reboot and there will be options for choosing cd \ dvd usb uefi and just usb, in general, everything worked. and win8 works and boot from any device works.
All problems from ignorance of the materiel, I'll go read what's what, uefi, secure boot.

It happened that if you set the boot order in the BIOS, it did not work. And if you use the pop-up window for selecting a boot device (F8 or F10 - Quick Boot Menu), then it's fine.
It is very strange that the CD / DVD does not load, is it really a normal disc? Does it boot on another computer?

Reboot the laptop while holding down the shift key (win + x, shutdown or exit, reboot), a menu will appear in which everything will be quite simple, there you will find the option to boot from a USB flash drive and from a disk)

Faced the same problem - Win 8.1 did not want to part with the laptop. In the system, if I installed the Win 7 installation, it simply gave an error, in the BIOS, even if I left only one boot item from the flash drive, disable the rest, the laptop stupidly gave out a dark screen. Bios settings are minimal. So, in the boot section there were management items there, realtek PXE, uefi usb kingston, etc., and below the UEFI setting line. IT WAS TO PRESS IN THIS ITEM DISABLE, save the settings and reboot, - everything magically worked. Then the truth arose with the fact that the hard drive in GPT format had to be converted to MBR, but that's a completely different story.
