Not stable operation of the terminal in Webstorm. Fiercely infuriates, who faced?

The essence of the problem is that, for some reason unknown to me, webstorm does not always want to rebuild the project when saving the document, sometimes you have to press Ctrl + S 3 times or add a new empty line so that it comes to its senses. In the standard terminal, such problems have never been observed. I'm usually quite patient, and it's not difficult for me to once again press Ctrl + S, but here I admit it knocked me out of my peace of mind. Does anyone know what the problem is and how it can be fixed?
