Insert templates of prepared code. How to enable or configure?

Hello everyone, the question is simple, but still I have to ask.
How can you get a ready-made code construction by entering a keyword?
for example
try -> [tab] =
try {
} catch(error){
} finaly {
}
etc?

Called Live Templates, WS already has some built in, like typing dfn and pressing Tab . The whole list is in the settings, you can find it in Editor -> Live Templates
