Not smooth system animation in OS X El Capitan. What to do?
Good afternoon.
The problem is the following - on MacMini 2012 with 8 GB of RAM and Intel Core i5, the system animation seriously hangs when resizing windows. This problem is especially noticeable when resizing such heavy applications as PHPStorm or system monitor. I don't understand if everyone has this problem or just some? Because the same user Lici complained about a similar problem.
Windows 8.1 bootcamp runs perfectly smoothly on this mini. Actually the question is, how are you with resizing windows - smoothly or not? If not difficult - record a 10 second video to visually see. Interested in window resize system monitor and finder. It is resizing with the mouse.
This buggy annoys me very much, but I can’t understand who to blame the weak hardware or the OS. Or maybe it should be so in this operating system.

Everything is OK with me, macOS Sierra on a MacBook Pro 2015 (although there is 16GB of RAM, the video is faster even built-in + discrete, and the processor is noticeably more powerful).
