Not connecting to sockets in tor?

There is a site which works with sockets. In any browser other than TOR, everything is ok.
As soon as I go through the tor, after a while I get a

Backend on Laravel, we no longer know what to do and where to dig / look. Mb someone will have some kind of idea?
