I made a game, I want to publish it, but I'm not 18. I really don't want to lose my 25 bucks accumulated in blood and sweat from dinners. How to be more likely to pass Google Play Console admin checks? If I register the developer's account in the name of the parent, but pay from my card, will the admins be suspicious? How best to do in my place. As I understand it, they require passport data, do they check age?

Pay with your mother's card and enter her details. And post in her name. Just keep in mind - one miss, and a lifetime ban is guaranteed.
