Normal PC build?

I am doing this for the first time, I went through a lot of material, but obviously not enough. I would like to know your opinion and get some advice if possible. The main goal is games. So that this performance is enough for a long time at maximum settings.

OEM Intel Core i5-9400F
Processor DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 RD CPU Cooler [DP-MCH4-GMX400RD]
MSI H310M PRO-VD PLUS Motherboard
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1660 GAMING OC [GV-N1660GAMING OC-6GD]
Power Supply Chieftec 550W [GDP -550C]
AMD Radeon R7 Performance Series [R748G2606U2S-U] 8GBx2 480GB
Qumo Novation 3D SSD [Q3DT-480GAEN]
ZALMAN S1 Case Black
21.5" Philips Monitor 223V7QHAB/00

I don't fully understand memory. Is it possible to store everything on one SSD, or is it still better to take 120SSD for the system and HDD separately?
