Normal explorer for macOS?

Finder is a beautiful and simple solution for mac os x, but it has a number of disadvantages. First, do not create a folder or create a text document. In Ubuntu, Nautilus has access to the Linux root, but Mac Finder does not.
Please advise a file manager for Apple Mac OS in which you can create folders and go to the root of the system!

finder can also go to the root. how to create a folder.
but to create a new file, you need to either install third-party software, or play with applescript.
I changed finder to xtrafinder a long time ago. although for the main fuss with files I prefer forklift.
