Noise-canceling in-ear headphones, for or against?

The second day I roam the net and the more I read the reviews, the more doubts.
I settled on these:
AKG K 391 NC
Bose QuietComfort 20i Monoprice
Enhanced Active Noise Cancelling Earphones Has anyone used these models? How's the sound? Or take the usual ones?

Listened to AKG and Bose, bought a Bose. I never even suspected that headphones can do this, I'm pleasantly surprised)
If anyone decides, buy only from officials with all the documents. In ordinary online stores, fakes are found and often, it’s a pity I didn’t think about it right away, I just spent time skating.
And google first what the original looks like and what fakes are, so as not to run into;)
