Node-sass is not installed, what is the reason?

Good day!
I'm trying to install node-sass on a virtual machine with Ubuntu 16.04. Other npm packages installed fine. NodeJS for example works.
What am I doing wrong?

- обновите node
- установите node глобально
- npm init
- сделайте ссылку ln -s /usr/bin/nodejs /usr/bin/node
