How to collect data in strapi control panel?

There is a task. When a visitor leaves a request on the site, the data should be sent by letter to the mail and saved in the admin panel. I solved a similar problem on wordpress using a plugin.

I plan to make a new site using reacta and use cms strapi on the back end. Will it be possible to solve a similar problem there or strapi does not yet have such functionality?

Maybe you can also advise cms, which is suitable for using react on the front, if strapi is not suitable for implementing such functionality.

PS The task of implementing this project is to study React and JAMsteck, so I will learn new technologies so that I can not just do a project on wordpress as usual, but so that I can learn something new for myself and make a better and faster project.
