No ssd in boot menu, how to fix?

I installed an ssd on a laptop instead of hdd, installed ubuntu there and now I can’t boot from ssd because it’s not in the BIOS in the boot menu. In the list of sata devices, the drive and this ssd, but for some reason it is marked as a hard disk. What could be the problem?

What's wrong with a hard disk? Select and boot, BIOS doesn't care if there are plates or small circuits.
There is no problem here as such.
Or when you select ssd, marked as hard disk is not loaded? then apparently grub did not get up.
