First, the first main pci-x16 slot failed, then I moved the video card to the second additional one. slot, and a month later this one also failed. The BIOS does not beep, and the computer's power supply is working properly, the fans are spinning. I don't understand what could be the problem?

How did you understand, in addition to the fact that the video signal is not displayed, through the video card, that the pci failed? Embedded video shows? How do you know the power supply is good? There are a lot of options, from a faulty north bridge, bad contacts with the video card, to a situation that the power supply has dipped, an error from the RAM, and so on.
Move the RAM to another slot or remove it and leave one. Clean the contacts on the video card with an eraser. It is desirable to plug in the POST diagnostics board. Well, and so, at random.
