No scrolling when clicking on a tab in opera, why?

Hello. Can someone tell me in which direction to dig?
Not so long ago, a function was added to the opera: when you click on the tab, auto scroll up, when you click again, scroll back down. I checked it on my website and it doesn't work. On other sites, everything seems to work.
The scrolling itself has not been modified in any way. There is a floating menu at the top (if because of it, then what exactly could be the reason?)

Check the version. It was in version 52.
Check the flag Scroll Active Tab on Click
If everything is as it should, then the problem is xs where =)) Maybe the extension is buggy, maybe the moon is in Cancer...
