I install a demo version of Bitrix on a server, a small business online store. Version php 7.2, there are no errors during installation / system check. The site is being installed, but there are no infoblocks, what could be the problem?

there is now a jagged assembly of the installer, this is due to the encoding
Go to the infoblock files and delete the old encoding
\bitrix\wizards\bitrix\eshop\site\services\iblock\xml\ru
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1251 "?> - encoding="windows-1251"
After that, reinstall the site
The master is initially copied to the \bitrix\wizards folder for the first time and does not change anymore.
You need to go to settings -> sites -> list of sites,
delete the current site in the list and reinstall with the replacement of files

remove everything from xml files? or just the line <?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1251"?> in the files? or how?
