No impressions from Google Ads?

Tell me please. I've run into a problem that I can't explain myself. Conventionally, there are 3 landings: site1.ru site2.ru site3.ru. Each landing has a separate ad in adwords. They worked for a year. Let's say that each of the sites received 5,000 traffic per day from adwords.
After that, I decided that I would combine all three landings on one domain and place them inside: newsite.ru/site1, newsite.ru/site2, newsite.ru/site3. The content has not changed.
Next, I change the target URL in each of the three RKs to newsite.ru/site1 newsite.ru/site2 and newsite.ru/site3, respectively. I don’t change anything else - the ads are the same, the keys too.
After that, I observe a subsidence of traffic several times. For example, if conditionally it was 5000 for each, now it turns out 100 for each. What could be the reason? Tried to do them on subdomains - no response. Is it really more profitable from a technical point of view to make a separate site for each RK? (Which I strongly doubt, most likely I'm dumb about something).
The goal is to squeeze out the maximum traffic at the given rates for the given keys.
Campaigns have a daily budget and are very overpriced (roughly speaking, if the expense was conditionally 10,000 per day, then the budget costs 100,000), campaign setting - maximum clicks.
