No image (card is working). What to do?

Help me please.
Problem: I insert the amd radeon r7 240 video card into the motherboard - there is no picture, I turn off the video card - there is a picture. About the performance of the card, I say right away that it was working on the second PC.

In addition to the banal - settings in the BIOS, it may be (not uncommon on Radeons) that some of the pci-ex lines do not work. As a result, the card shows that it is 16x, but in reality, for example, line 10 or some other line does not work (blank, chip overheating, capacitor chip near the connector, etc.). Some motherboards can get around this, during the test they find out at what "width" the card really works, and they can start on it. But some of them stupidly look at what the video card shows them (well, there is actually only one jumper through which the detection goes) and try to run it on the same 16x, and nothing comes out ... So if it works on one computer, it’s still does not mean that the card is completely serviceable. You also need to make sure that all the lines are working.

Is "Priority Video Card" set in BIOS?
And in general, look at the Bios what's there with the settings.
