Looking to Build a PC for 4K Editing?

I'm building a computer for editing short (up to 3 minutes) 4k videos . I will also impose animation, motion graphics.
I will work in Adobe Premiere and After Effects .
The question itself is this: is the assembly suitable for comfortable installation and am I not overpaying for components? (For example, I don’t know how much RAM will suit me: 64GB or 32GB will be enough).
Share your advice and experience, please.

Build:
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Video card - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard - ASRock B450 Gaming K4
RAM - 64GB
HDD - 1TB
SSD - 240GB
Cooling - Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO-Red
Power Supply - Thermaltake TR-2S

ssd up to 512 raise under the operating system and files.
I would add a second ssd 512-1tb for project files.
HHD is more for backup projects. Mounted - sent to backup, if there is a chance to use the video.
8 years ago, when I was still professionally shooting, I used a similar stack, I still have dust from 15 hard drives of 1.5 - 2 TB each.
32 GB of RAM - approx. in any case, take memory for 2 slots, then buy it in addition.
If I were now assembling a system on WIN, then I would consider just the same.

HDD is for editing 5-minute 4k videos? ))
A couple of footages in ProRES HQ format - and that's all...
The disk must be at least 4-6 TB. And preferably in RAID1, so that it would somehow move ...
Well, ASRock is like that ... Gygabyte or ASUS is desirable.
And if you install an AMD 5500XT video card, then you can also start a hackintosh .
