No connection to mysql from DataGrip(PhpStorm)?

Good afternoon.
I have a muscle up in a docker container. Through the terminal, I can normally connect to the mysql database -uroot -proot -h 127.0.0.1 -P 3308. PhpStorm(dataGrip) cannot connect with the same settings. Tried different drivers, doesn't help. 3 people checked, I enter everything correctly. What can be wrong?

Driver "out of the box" is not installed. You need to poke the link next to "Driver:", then "Download ...".
