No access to D-link switch webboard after reset?

Good day to all. An interesting "problem" has arisen. After resetting the password on the D-Link DES3200-10 switch, I cannot access the web interface using the standard IP address (10.90.90.90). There is access to the console port, and after configuration, access appeared. I can’t say exactly at what step it happened (because I didn’t follow it), but the fact remains. This nuisance does not affect the operation of the device at all. I execute all commands to the terminal, but I want to know why this is happening in the web interface)
