Nimble free CMS for asp.net?

asp.net is a compiled and not a scripting language, respectively, in the absence of the ability to change IdleTimeout in IIS (by default - 20 minutes), no matter how good the caching architecture in CMS is - loading a site after a 20-minute downtime can be incredibly long . There are also a number of other factors that push the idea to abandon CMS with their inherent abstractions over abstractions and bulkiness.
Collecting in a separate project the functionality that was present in 80% of the developed projects and using it as a template - is this the optimal solution? If not, please suggest a lightweight and flexible asp.net mvc CMS, preferably with razor view engine.
