How to upload changes directly to the server?

I have a web application deployed on ubuntu server 16.04. Work on the project is still underway, but after each change, upload the project to git, drag it to the server, roam, replace the old one with the new one... Actually, hemorrhoids. Is it possible somehow, when developing a project, to upload any changes immediately to the server in a deployed project?
