Nginx - unknown directive "limit_speed_zone"?

It costs nginx 1.16.0, the nginx_limit_speed_module module is attached to it, everything worked fine.
Yesterday I decided to update the system completely, after a while NGINX crashes with an error

nginx: [emerg] unknown directive "limit_speed_zone" in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf:22

Why is this happening?? I used to solve a similar problem by rebuilding nginx with the necessary modules, but this is clearly not an option. Or maybe this module is already outdated and you can normally cut the speed without it?

What is the distribution kit and is there an analogue nginx-extrasfrom debian in it? If not, rebuild with the appropriate module, there is nothing wrong with that, the main thing is checkinstallto use it.
