nginx caching for frequently updated site?
There is a site that parses various events and news from different sites and publishes it on the site (adding new entries). New entries are added quite often: every 10 minutes. Those. the main page changes every 10 minutes.
Tell me, does it make sense to enable caching in ISPmanager in the www-domain section (if I understand correctly, this is Nginx caching)
If so, what is the best caching period to choose so that users see up-to-date data when they enter the site?
And what will be more useful in terms of reducing the load: from enabling caching with a lifetime of 5-8 minutes, or is it better not to enable caching at all?

There, as far as I remember, it is not the return of HTML that is cached, but static (js, css, pictures). So you can safely bet at least a week. But it’s better not to believe me, but to clarify exactly how the config changes after this checkmark.
