How to disable caching for cloudflare subdomain?

Good afternoon.
Caching and cdn via cloudflare are configured on the main domain.

I created a subdomain on this site, set the proxy settings in the CF control panel to DNS ONLY.

Added to Page Rules:

new.domain.com/*
Cache Level: Bypass

*domain.com/*
Cache Level: Bypass

And all the same, the site is cached for about an hour :(

Centos server + nginx + php-fpm Needed

in nginx configs' a or write settings somewhere else to disable this caching?

What is missing here so that it stops caching?
