nginx and file upload monitoring

Hello. There is a server with the distribution of large files (statics) via HTTP using nginx. I would like to see RealTime statistics, which ip is which file is downloading and the approximate speed of uploading the file to the client. Having studied the modules for nginx, I did not find anything worthwhile, but I may have overlooked it. Can someone tell me which way to look? Or can you recommend another server that provides the above functionality?

realtime with nginx will not work, only parsing logs. Theoretically, you can make a pipe in the muscle, for more or less close to realtime.
