Nexus 7 won't turn on

After another OS update, my Nexus 7 stopped turning on. Just on a black background, the inscription Google is lit, at the bottom there is an open lock. Everything is as usual, but it does not go any further. How can this be fixed?

Try to wait a few hours. Usually after the firmware, even three hours can turn on, do not panic.
