Hello! After the Nexus 7 2013 update, LTE (deb) stopped loading (it hangs on the Google inscription), - I decided to roll a new system. Connected to adb through a computer, entered fastboot and entered fastboot oem unlock in the adb console to unlock, chose "yes" on the tablet, erasing userdata appeared in the console and that's it, it hangs ... The wire is original, I don't know, in what's the problem...

The lucky ones who have an official grant to carry a replacement motherboard, or look for ways to unlock the bootloader.
Most likely a problem with the flash.
