Next: how to restore Windows 10?

Hello.
I don’t know if Win always brings so much trouble, but this is somehow completely out of the way.
A couple of times I tried to install the system on a PC with two hard drives - each time Win climbed without asking for a neighboring disk. Okay to hell with that. Disconnected the drives and individually installed Win10 on each in turn connecting. After some time, I realized that I probably didn’t need two Win10, I decided to install another OS on the second hard, before that, so that there would be no extra garbage left, I got into diskpart from under the first hard and cleaned (clean) the second hard. And it seems that I have already done this and there were no problems before, but now the first hard (suddenly) instead of loading gives out a choice of keyboard layout on a blue background (???), and then puts it into recovery mode, from which it refuses to restore (tried a simple and reboot). How I managed to clean up the second disk, previously disabled, break the first disk - I don’t understand.
Tell me something?)

Probably in this situation, it will be easier to reinstall win10 only on a 1-in disk.
What you need to do:
1. Boot from the desired distribution Live-CD (USB)
2. Delete partitions and format the disks (for example, using Acronis software)
3. Install win10 on the desired disk.
By the way, the topic has not been disclosed:
Why does each disk have its own win10?
For what purpose ?
