Newsletter after domain registration?

Has anyone experienced similar mailings after registering a domain? From the letter:
"Registration of a host name in the SEDS Directory is a mandatory rule for the PS to get your host in the search results and indexing of the site domain by such search engines as Yandex, Google, etc. If you do not complete the registration or ignore this notice, the appearance of a new domain in search results cannot be secured."
What do you think it is? For what? What can be done about it? (domain was not registered in seds)

I didn't come across it, but it's obvious to fuck ... duplicity :) Suddenly you will be led and pay them something. What to do - press the Del button, clean the Recycle Bin in the mail, score and forget.
