There are 2 sites, on 1 server, but different editions of Bitrix. It is necessary that when you create news on one site, it is automatically created on another. How can this be implemented?

you need to send a request to the second site on the OnAfterIBlockElementAdd event, which will process it and add it to your database using the CIBlockElement::Add method
