Good afternoon.

Please tell me some news service (or more widely - notifications) with access from mobile platforms (Android, iOS). Something like regular RSS, but with the ability to categorize "news" both on the server and in the client application.

You can create multiple RSS feeds. Just get the categories. Goblin has a similar website: oper.ru
