New role for users who have permission to create posts only in certain WordPress categories - how?

There is such a task for WordPress:
Create a new role for users and that users of this role have rights similar to the Editor role, but can create/edit/delete posts only in certain WordPress categories.
Can someone suggest a ready solution?

It seems like it was possible to implement all this with just two WordPress plugins:
- Restrict Author Posting
- User Role Editor
