Please tell me how to invest a new project in AVEVA E3D. Nothing comes out. There is E3D, there is a license, there is a project. When E3D is lowered, instead of the "Design" window, the "Monitor" window appears, which does not skip any further. I didn't do something, but I don't know what. Help.
