Is there a simplified version of Evernote, Onenote, Sugarsync, DropBox, etc., but with synchronization with your own server without the participation of a third party?

Notes, attaching files, sharing literally for 3-5 people.

Tomboy via ssh plugin? Not exactly Evernote, of course, but I use it quite well as a note storage. True, there is no web interface and it works sensibly only under Linux.
