New PC won't start. What to do?

Hello!

I bought new parts today and assembled a PC from them. When you press POWER, the coolers spin for a moment and immediately stop. Repeatedly until the PSU is turned off, the computer does not respond to the buttons.
At the very first start, the speaker squeaked one long and two short beeps (the RAM sticks were inserted on the wrong side), and the computer worked for a long time. After the correct installation of the RAM, the computer stopped starting. The coolers spin for a second, and then everything gets up ((I checked all the pins, pulled them out and put them back in. What could be the reason? All components are working and checked today.

Please help!) Thanks in advance!

Technical characteristics of the computer:
Asus b450 ma prime
Amd ryzen 5 2600
Asus gtx 1650 super
T-force 2x8gb ddr4 3000
Cougar VTC 600w
Ssd 120gb
Hdd 500gb

RAM sticks were inserted the wrong way

How did it happen? The key prevents them from being inserted the wrong way. Did you force them in?

I agree with the operational issue. It can't be inserted wrong. If they inserted it by force, they quite realistically killed the RAM. Well, the mother could
try to insert 1 piece of RAM into a slot where they had not inserted it before

Hello! We tried everything: another PSU, another CPU, another RAM. They removed the mother from the case, connected everything on the table - it worked. It turned out that the mother was just in one place heavily tightened on the bolt and whiling away on the body  Loosen the bolts and everything is ok. Thanks everyone, good luck!
