New laptop without manufacturer's warranty. Worth taking?

I decided to buy a more powerful laptop, maybe an old MAC does not drag 3D. The choice fell on xiaomi gaming laptop 2019 i7 (thanks to the toaster)). I don't know much about computers, but the specs seem to be great. I found a laptop in the store, BUT. Warranty only from the store (12 months), quote "seal from our SC, the box was opened to install the Russian system (license, Windows home 10) and apply laser engraving to the keyboard (Cyrillic)". Is this generally normal practice? It costs under a hundred, and I want it to be not singed, served to the maximum, and did not fly in a year). Reviews about the store seem to be good.
