I want to buy xiaomi gaming laptop 2019 i7. Is it suitable for 3d? I know that a hospital is better, but mobility is needed. And also the question is, this model is available with different vidyuhi - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. Which is better?

The RTX 2060 is generally faster than the 1660 Ti in synthetic benchmarks by about 5-15% and has Ray Tracing, so it's obviously better. It if under "better" to speak "more productively".
In fact, Ray Tracing technology is required only for games, and overpaying for such a card in your case is pointless. But if the prices +- are the same, then you can take it.
As for the laptop itself: According to the characteristics, it is perfect for 3D processing. Games at high (sometimes medium-high, if you want a normal frametime) - in all modern ones. You may need additional cooling, well, this applies to all gaming laptops in general.
