Network problem, what should I do?

For the third day already, some kind of tin, there is a grid for 50 computers, from time to time it just drops or pings are such that it seems like packages by Russian mail are coming, I'm in a panic, it appears out of the blue. I noticed that in the logs there is such a warning Port "52DAC2A9-3276-462B-B6A4-1D9712F28267" was forbidden to use the MAC address "00-15-5D-47-A7-00" because this address is bound to the port "D8EE96DD-74A9 -4DCF-A8C8-CE4372051875". , what could it be??
Any options! The problem arose spontaneously. the network diagram is lan->switch->pfsense->internet. The entire network is on unmanaged switches.

You have a loop, my friend. Look for it and you will find it.
