How to customize keyboard shortcuts in Gnome 3?

There has already been such a question . And they never answered it. Just dropped links on how to change the keyboard shortcut. So I decided to raise it.
The bottom line is that the layout switching is configured by CTRL+SHIFT. And this switching occurs at the moment when the keys are pressed , and not when they are released . It's sooooo inconvenient. All combinations that start with CTRL+SHIFT don't work. For example:
Chromium (Chrome) - open a closed tab. CTRL + SHIFT + T
Select text by words - CTRL + SHIFT + (arrow right / left)
I think you can continue for a long time.
This problem was on Unity before Ubuntu 16.04. Then it was decided, xs how. Now put 18.04 - healthy again. Yes, and wherever the third dwarf is such nonsense.
Who has already solved this problem? Help advice.

It's an xorg bug that Ubuntu maintainers have been screwing over for a very long time. On 17.10 it was solved by xorg update from https://launchpad.net/~spvkgn/+archive/ubuntu/xorg... . For 18.04, it is unlikely that someone has already compiled a patch.
