Network drops intermittently on a Windows 2012 R2 server?

Good morning everyone. Need advice. The situation is this. There is a network of 15 machines + one server on 2012 Windows. Recently, the network began to fall off periodically. It helps to twitch the network cable cord on the server. There are two network interfaces on the server, I swapped them, the result is the same. I changed the cable, transferred it to another desk on the switch. And still, once or twice a day, it disappears. Please tell me where to look for the problem. Thanks in advance.

There is such scope for imagination ...
What kind of iron? Firmware on network interfaces changed for a long time? Card sleep settings? BIOS?
If this has not been changed, check the switches, port settings.
