Bought this device. It comes preinstalled with Win 7 Starter. In it, as you know, the wallpaper can not be changed. I decided to fix this issue through the registry. In the process of "fixing" I got into the folder, web, where this very standard wallpaper is located. But in this folder, another daddy called Samsung was found, in which there are five more branded Samsung wallpapers. So the question haunts me, why are they there? Is there some way to activate them?

It is impossible to activate the screw changer.
There is a Starter Wallpaper Changer, but to change the wallpaper you will need to log in to the system.
In general, there is an article about adding whistles from more sophisticated versions to the starter.

Using Win 7 Starter is a mockery of yourself. “Fix” the issue radically - change the edition of the OS.

Probably the Samsung has something like a standard fill, which is set for all editions. It's just that the starter was not removed.
