Netbeans (PHP) users, what can you say about the new version of the IDE?

Itself always used version 8.2 for PHP. I tried the Apache version today, the new one is motley like a parrot, weighs like an operating system, give it a reality (it doesn’t know how to install it), give it a JDK, there is no normal installer, it starts for a long time on my i3-3220.
As a result, I haven't studied it yet. But there is interest.
Has anyone tried, felt, switched to a new IDE?
What can you say? Is it worth it?
This is a serious question, all answers are accepted.
