NetBeans new projects after Checkout?

NetBeans

After I checkout a project from github or bitbucket in NetBeans.
When creating a new project, NetBeans starts adding it to the folder with the last checkout.
that is, before checkout, it puts everything side by side in NetbeansProject, and after checkout, let's say the Fancybox project starts automatically offering to put all projects in NetbeansProject / Fancybox
How can it be weaned from doing this. A trifle but unpleasant.
